Where can I find the records of the parochial registers in Luxembourg? (2023)
For your genealogical research before 1800, it is necessary to consult the parish registers. Most of these records have been microfilmed and consultation of these microfilms can be made at the National Archives. (

)
These registers are available online
on this site
.
The parish registers are also available on the
FamilySearch,org
website.
From a certain period, the priests were obliged to take 2 registers to record baptisms, marriages and burials. It is also possible that all records of a year or even decades are missing. While in general births, marriages and deaths after 1800 were made on forms, the entries in the parish registers were made in free format.
